I've bought two bottles of this nail polish and I didn't have to pay an extra fee for the shipping taxes, also, the unitary price was very cheap. It dries pretty fast and can be used over any kind of nail polish.

I've been cosplaying since 2004, starting with Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket. I absolutely adore seifuku costumes, white wigs and big antique dresses. Too bad don't look good on blond wigs...
